The WRA UK Executive Committee meets every quarter. It consists of the Chairman, the First Delegate (appointed by the Government), Secretary, Treasurer and eight other members who reflect the diverse interests of the full membership.

The National Congress is held every four years, following the World Road Congress.

The WRA UK expects to hold the next National Congress in 2009.
